Visits can now be conducted using your favorite internet browser, including Safari on iOS devices. The Visbridge program is no longer required or supported, and can be safely uninstalled.

ATTENTION

Starting March 1st 2025 Maricopa County will require all professional users to upload a copy of your Photo ID as well as your professional credentials. This information can be uploaded prior to the March 1st deadline by logging into your account and navigating to "My Account" and "Change Identificaiton Info". You will see two options for upload, "Visitor Image" which will require you to take a selfie with your webcam, as well as "ID Image" which will require a side by side picture of your Photo ID and Professional Credentials. 

After the March 1st 2025 deadline you will be required to upload this information and will not be able to schedule visitation until you complete the upload.
